I hope you will find a comfortable seat among the islands of old music, old history, a bit of everything that I enjoy from a hundred or more years ago. You might think I’m old for saying that, but as you will see in a few moments, there is a bit of value in these old things which I enjoy, which I hope you also enjoy.
Apart from all of these, I like to hike and stargaze, though one is more likely to find me playing chess online and offline. Board games, including Mahjong, chess, and Catan have a special place in my life, as I like to calculate ahead to enjoy the intellectual challenge through 64 squares, 54 cards, or 144 tiles. On long flights, I generally prepare a few episodes of Air Crash Investigation to watch, preferably featuring the same type of aircraft as the one I’m on. These mental rollercoasters are what stimulates my mind, giving me plenty of inspiration and entertainment despite physically not moving an inch at a desk.
